Positive: We visited there for (originally) 2 nights (a family of 2 adults and 4 kids). We liked it so much that we actually asked to stay another night. We took the big suite and Shay (the maintainer of the property) was super helpful and patience every time we had a question or a request. The big plus was it felt we're in the main heart in Tel-Aviv and it has been reflected with the proximity of everything.
Negative: It was quite a walk to the beach, but we knew that in advance.
Summary: We'll defiantly consider coming back for more
