Beautiful direct ocean views from this 3rd floor condo with private balcony. Tile flooring throughout. Spectacular kitchen with granite and stainless appliances. Spacious kitchen/dining area complete with mirrored wet bar. HDTV and DVD in all rooms.
Sliding door opening to the balcony, from Master Bedroom and Living Room. Secure Private Wireless internet included in rental rate. Full size washer and dryer in unit. Free car rinse, unassigned parking right in front of the building, barbecue grill area, and secure lobby. You will enjoy 2 heated pools, tennis, shuffle board, miles of sandy beach, and beautiful sunshine!
