Summary: We had good communication with Lisa. She sends several things outside of VRBO for the rental from a rental agency and it does not show up through VRBO. Check your SPAM and keep your emails for coorespondence.It felt excessive when both parties are protected through VRBO with a fee.The place was exactly as described. It had all the things we needed for our group of 8 adults over 60. The location is very private with a wooded lot and perfectly located to all things Munising.Their mudroom area off the garage was fantastic! A great place for gear and coolers away from the main living area. Perfect for winter activities for sure.We would recommend this place to a larger group, but warn people of high cleaning fees, extra charges over 8 people and a pretty late check in and early checkout for a rental.
