Positive: Nice location, good size room with comfortable mattress.

Negative: If the sheets were washed then they need to be replaced, unpleasant odor from sheets and pillows. Room and bathroom are generally dirty, I understand it's not an expensive place to stay but some things should simply be done regardless.
