✔ Spacious dining table seats 6 comfortably, additional seating for 4 available at the kitchen counter and a high chair is provided for the little one that tags along.

***Bugs (lady bugs, ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present even inside the chalet. Our house is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the mountains can create its challenges with insects. We do not allow refunds for the presence of these type of insects so please consider that as you decide if this property is right for you.
***Bears frequent the area and they are dangerous. If you throw any trash into the outside trash bags please make sure the lid is shut tightly to avoid bears from getting please.
***The hot tub is a great place to relax. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Pets are NOT allowed in the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

When you stay in this beautiful mountain home, you have the whole space to yourself. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials. The house is on a private road and you can park your car right in front of the house. You’ll be given a key code for easy and secure entry into the home.

DRIVING:
Please be mindful that you are renting a chalet in the mountains. Most roads in our area are well maintained but will be steep and narrow due to being located in the mountains. There are limited streetlights on mountain roads. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.
Snow tire chains and/or 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly encouraged during winter months in the event of inclement weather.
We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles with 4WD and/or chains.
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Please do not move, remove, and/or tamper with the security cameras.
Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. Dogs are not allowed on the beds or on other furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Each dog will be $75 each.

COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
