Kokomo has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and is just one house away from the beach access boardwalk and just a few houses down from one of two community pools. Imagine relaxing, in a rocker, on the back deck and enjoying watching the surf, wildlife or a colorful sunset. Or, if you prefer, choose the porch swing and finish that book or maybe take a quick nap! And you are less than a one-minute walk to the closest pool and about a 2-minute walk to the beach.
Kokomo has all the comforts of home and then some! The open floor plan, with plenty of seating in the living and dining area, provides comfort and space for your entire family. The updated kitchen has everything you'll need if you choose to dine in, including a center island, granite counters and stainless appliances. You and your guests will be pleased to find that a queen bedroom and full bath are conveniently located on the lower level. A king bedroom suite, a queen bedroom and a bunk room along with a third full bath complete this lovely home.

Morgantown is a lovely, unique seaside community featuring two swimming pools, a kiddie pool, two lighted tennis/pickleball courts and several beach access boardwalks. When you first arrive, you'll notice pride of ownership in this pastel colored, beautifully landscape neighborhood. Guests really enjoy walking and biking along the quiet streets and many rent golf carts and enjoy sunset drives. If you have small children or just prefer the convenience of parking close to the beach, there is a public lot just to the west of Morgantown.
Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.
Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.
Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.
