Negative: Being rated as a four-star hotel we expected more. My husband and I stayed at the hotel together with our 15 year-old son, so we had a room with a double bed and an extra bed for our son. When we arrived the AC was on in the room, it was very cold and it was not possible to turn the temperature up. Our son's bed only had a thin sheet as a cover and had to sleep with his clothes on during the night as it was so cold. The breakfast was ok but not more than that. The restaurant in the hotel serves microwaved food, we were served food that hadn't even been heated enough (e.g. cold french fries). The hotel is located right by the highway with no surrounding restaurants, so in case you wish to eat out you'll need to take the car/taxi.
Summary: Expected more
