Located in the historic High Drive area, next to the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, this quintessential Estes Park cottage has all the conveniences of a modern day home, perfectly suited for year round living comfort. Welcome to your private retreat, where you can relax after a full day of exploring all this enchanting area has to offer.
With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, this bright 1,500 sq. ft. home can comfortably sleep 8. There are 2 queen bedrooms and a full bath on the main level. In addition, there is a brand new sleeper couch with a memory foam mattress in the living room. There is a beautiful loft area with King bed and a full bath with a jetted tub on this level. In addition there is a lovely deck off the loft to enjoy the views and your morning coffee.
The main level also features a living room with a central stone wood burning fireplace, and majestic views of Longs Peak, perfect for family gatherings. This opens up to a dining room with seating for 8 and a cozy reading nook with a twin size day bed, where you can enjoy your favorite book, a relaxing nap,. or accommodate an extra guest.
There are many restaurants nearby, but the fully stocked kitchen will make eating in a pleasure. It is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cooking utensils you'll need to prepare that special family meal. There is even a blender for your favorite frozen beverages. And if BBQ is your thing, we've got you covered. The large deck features a gas grill that will allow you to cook while enjoying the great outdoors.
After a full day of adventure you will enjoy coming home to your deck, where you can relax and unwind while enjoying the amazing views and the abundant wildlife. It doesn't get any better than this!
Our house is located on a private 1 acre site, adjacent to RMNP, yet only 1 mile from downtown Estes Park. Hiking, fishing, horseback riding, golf, swimming, shopping, restaurants bars, movies, and endless summer festivals are just a few minutes away.
Our home is very clean and it offers the many little extras that you and your family will need to feel right at home: comfy beds and linens, games, books, movie library, right down to cooking spices and condiments so you can prepare your favorite meal. We also offer a complete starter package of toiletries, cleaning and laundry supplies, toilet paper and paper towels. Weather you are on vacation or in town for an extended period of time, our goal is to provide a great Rocky Mountain experience.
