Positive: The location is fantastic. This was our 5th trip in a Turtle Bay condo. We asked for a later check out and were given a whole hour more.
Negative: We’re flying from the mainland. Certain basics have been provided from other condos so we were a bit frustrated at what all we needed to go out and buy that we didn’t pack. We picked up groceries on the way but didn’t realize the condo didn’t provide salt and pepper, starter coffee (this is a must - do we need coffee? Coffee pods? Cones?) nor was there enough toilet paper, no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. We were disappointed when I emailed ahead of time asking if 4 beach chairs were provided but only had 1 when we arrived. When I called the office they said to rent chairs but the rental place was closed on Sunday. Other condos provide so much to make the long trip easier on the traveler. We’ve had bicycles, beach chairs, and even beach coolers provided, one place had breakfast rolls, milk, and juice. All had toiletries and coffee. This place could be so great with small extras. They really go a long way.
Summary: Very good stay but a few extras could make it great.
