Positive: Communication on the day was excellent. We were in Switzerland without wifi, so was difficult. The guy rang me to put me at my ease. Was spacious.
Negative: Patio doors didn't shut/lock & there was only a shutter. Felt vulnerable as it was the ground floor. Whilst photos show building & door number being there, they weren't. Feel that the photos give a unrealistic positive view of flat. Very basic & tired. Little things like not enough cutlery for more than 2 people, same for crockery. Freezer door is broken & keeps falling off.
