Positive: Clean, close to walking tract, golf course, town, quiet neighbourhood. Welcoming gifts. Good front and back yard (has fruit trees). Good amount of amenities.

Negative: -No heating units in the bedrooms - very cold. -Shower’s taps are very hard to turn. - Hot water tap in the bathroom’s basin makes whistling noise when turns on. Mink blankets are very smelly- need to be washed. - Knives are bad. - One of the queen bed’s frame is very wobbly and unsteady. Potentially break if 2 people sleep in it. -The range hood’s switch for the fan is replaced with a metal screw - unsafe, potential for electricution.
