Enjoy life at 7000 feet but only 6 miles from Boulder. Facing southeast, the property offers amazing views of Boulder and the surrounding towns, the backside of the Flat Irons and Denver (30 miles away).

The house includes three queen/full bedrooms plus a children's room with a day bed. A fourth queen mattress is also available in the den. There are two decks on which to enjoy the sun. The main high-ceiling reception area features large windows and includes a well-equiped kitchen, a large dining table, and sofas around a wood-burning stove. From here you can carry your drink out onto the main deck with its large gas-grill and magnificent views. Downstairs there is a den with TV, DVD, and audio. The house does NOT have cable..

From the house, you can explore the neighborhood’s dirt roads or wander to down the hill through seemingly unending terrain. A pleasant 15 minute drive down Lee Hill Road leads you to the shops, tap rooms, and excellent restaurants of North Boulder. Four miles more and you’re in the heart of Boulder including Pearl Street. You're a one hour drive from Denver or Estes Park--the gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park.
