Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The breakfast was exceptional. Staff was wonderful. We especially enjoyed meeting Katie and Sophie. The dinner was fabulous also, but it’s a lot of food. The location was fantastic and the hotel could not have been more accommodating. They sent a free taxi to pick us up at the local train station. They also provided a bus pass to get up and down the mountain. We did not have a car. We traveled by train from Venice and did not have an issue.
Negative: The spa area needs updating! The pool was green and the hot tub was cold. Also, the mountain air is extremely dry. It would be nice if they would provide lotion in the rooms.
Summary: Exceptional! I hope to visit again someday.
