Positive: It did have a nice view of the mountain and the area itself was relatively quiet.
Negative: They put scalfolding up all around the building (without telling us). The scalfolding went right across the balcony so there was no view of the mountain anymore. It also blocked closing the bedroom shutters to make it darker for sleeping and they started drilling into the building at 07:30 in the morning. The interior of the apartment is also a little bit "outdated". Needs a few more lights and the bathroom can be quite dark.
