Summary: The location of the hotel is excellent right across from Veterans Park and the marina and just on the north side of the art , restaurant and “tourist “section of Rockport. All within easy walking distance,The manager was prompt and helpful although not on site she responded immediately to my phone call to check in. The room itself is utilitarian and clean not glamorous by any means but more than what I needed for my stay. The fit and finish left something to desire. Notably, the door would not close tightly, although it did lock. The AC worked well. And although I didn’t use the kitchen area, it was neat and clean. To sum it up. Location excellent. utilitarian and clean nothing fancy at all. Served my purposes nicely no complaints..
