BEDROOMS: This home sleeps 13 guests in 8 beds - Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2) with TV -Bedroom 2- One full-size trundle bed (sleeps 3) (Bed has twin size mattress underneath, that can be pulled out) -Bedroom 3- One full-size trundle bed (sleeps 3) (Bed has twin size mattress underneath, that can be pulled out) -Bedroom 4- Two full-size trundle bed & One twin size bed underneath (sleeps 5), with TV and a privet bathroom. BATHROOMS: All 3 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hairdryer. IMPORTANT: We have License for vacation rental and short term rental issued by Division of Hotels and Restaurants, Certificate of use issued by Miami Dade County, and Liability Insurance required by law, so you have peace of mind knowing that Code Enforcement or Police won't ask you to leave without notice as it could happen when booking unlicensed properties or properties on areas where short term rental is prohibited.
