Summary: This hotel is unequivocally where I would choose to stay when I return to Wroclaw. 1) the cleanliness standard is uncompromising even when compared to five star hotels. When we arrived I wanted to switch rooms to a non-adjoining room. They had one that was declared “clean” in the system but would not turn it over until it was inspected by the shift manager to ensure standards were met. Both rooms (the one initially assigned and the one re-assigned) were immaculately clean. 2) the hotel staff were accommodating, friendly, helpful 3) The hotel is superbly located on a quiet street within walking distance of supermarket, restaurants, and all of Wroclaw’s key attractions.
