Summary: Couldn't sleep in that beautiful room because the HVAC fan was roaring loud, and even after I figured how to set it lower, it stll rumbled a low frequency making it hard to sleep. I would have rather stayed at a cheap hotel and gotten some sleep vs.spent a night in an elegant room and stayed awake and tired the next day. Also, I couldn't figure out how to use the TV control. How about putting a manual of instruction in each room. And have additional blankets available.
