Summary: The customer service was amazing! Very attentive front desk staff. We got in early and we were allowed to check in early (1room was available fortunately). Our blind didnt work, they had it fixed by that afternoon. Found a wad of hair in the shower, and the bathroom was IMMEDIATELY cleaned. My only complaint, the handicap door for the roll in shower is not ADA compliant. It opens toward the room and doesnt allow a wheelchair easy navigation because it is boxed in. Very strange. Also the bathroom itself needed the floor drain flush with the floor. It sticks up above the tile so there was literally standing water on the floor the entire stay in room 110. Annoying mostly. The hair dryer had a sticky film all over the handle, i just wrapped a towel around it. Didn't ask for a new one though i would have had no problems im sure getting one. The installer for the faucet in the shower put it in the middle like a moron, and the water just flows down the floor creating that puddle i mentioned. Had the shower faucet been placed correctly on the end to begin with the floor may not flood. There are cracks in the ceiling drywall that need repaired with peeling paint. The dining area though was always clean and for a hotel breakfast, good overall. It is close by all the shopping and very easy to access from the strip.
