Positive: Fully equipped with everything we needed. Great location in Colico, near the lake, stations, restaurants and supermarkets. Convenient free parking at the complex. Clear instructions for all appliances. Capsule coffee machine with plenty of pods was a nice touch - as was the ready-to-cook pasta and sauce in the cupboard on the day of arrival.
Negative: Very low shower pressure. I hope the apartment complex management sorts this out. The unit was cold when we arrived - Aircon remote had to be delivered by the cleaner; however, after it was delivered, heating was adequate with the Aircon and timed building heating.
Summary: Good value in a great location with a considerate and helpful host.
