Located in the quaint market town of Middleton-in-Teesdale, The Cobblers is an immaculately presented stone built holiday cottage suitable for up to five guests. Just a short walk from local pubs, shops and scenic walks, you’ll be perfectly placed to enjoy County Durham and the beautiful surrounding area. The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard and boasts a cosy living area, kitchen diner, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a patio with outdoor furniture and an external WC.
The Space:
Starting in the living area, you’ll find a welcoming space with two comfortable leather sofas. There is also a coffee table and a wall-mounted Smart TV so you can snuggle up with your loved ones on an evening and enjoy a cosy night in.
The kitchen diner is fully equipped so you’ll have everything you could need to make the most of your self catering stay. Make use of the oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher.
The kitchen area has a door which opens out onto a patio area with outdoor seating and a heated WC for added convenience.
The Cobblers has three bedrooms including two king size rooms and a single room. Featuring comfy mattresses and plush bedding, every care has been taken to ensure you enjoy your nights sleep. All three bedrooms in the cottage are equipped with Smart TVs.
The two king size beds can also be split into two singles if this is more suitable for your stay. Please contact our friendly team prior to your arrival to request this.
Head to the family bathroom and you’ll find a modern space featuring a spacious walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.
