Positive: The staff is incredibly hospitable and helpful. They offer hassle-free luggage storage, which makes arrival and departure days so much easier. It feels more like a cozy home than a standard commercial hotel.When navigating from Ueno Station, take Exit 5B! It leads directly to an elevator, which saves you from hauling heavy suitcases up the stairs at other exits.

Negative: Not a lot of space if you have some big luggage
