Summary: I had a nice room if slightly dated but nice bathroom and the sea view is very much worth it. I had a big window which opened onto the sea front but did let a few midgies in. Hotel is comfortable and nice location which is also mostly quiet at night and busy with walkers down the front during day with a very short walk to the beach
