Positive: Pernele, parcare gratuită, amabilitatea băiatului de la recepție de zi. Neavând lift i-am cerut în loc de etajul 3, etajul 1 și a fost foarte amabil. Mi-a indicat să parchez pe rezervat atâta timp cat las loc pt ambulanță și mașini care vor să descarce bagajele. Chiar am fost surprins la 2 stele așa amabilitate și foarte tineri. Mi-au dat chiar și uscător de păr.

Negative: Toată atmosfera frumoasă s-a terminat când l-am întâlnit pe recepționerul de noapte care mi-a spus să mut mașina ca nu pot parca acolo. I-am explicat ca colegul lui a fost amabil sa ne lase sa parcam acolo. A spus ca o sa se intereseze și a revenit spunând ca o sa fiu amenda. Mi-a indicat o parcare la alt hotel eu fiind oaspetele lor. M-am conformat și am schimbat parcarea. Am zis e clar, nu există comunicare între ei. Eu lucrând la mai multe hoteluri din italia și irlanda, zic, m-am bucurat prea repede de amabilitatea la 2 stele. În ultima zi am avut late check out cu cel amabil de zi cu care am avut înțelegerea și m-a asigurat ca late check out e normal până la 17:00 dar din amabilitate putem să revenim și mai târziu. I-am plătit și m-am asigurat ca și el era mulțumit și am revenit mai pe seară să ne luăm bagajele să plecăm înapoi acasă când am fost pt a doua oară interogat de acest băiat de noapte de la recepție, ținându-mi teorie de cum trebuia să mă comport la late check out. I-am explicat ca colegul lui de zi m-a tratat foarte bine și lăsat să stau câteva ore în plus. I-am sugerat să comunice mai bine cu colegii lui și pt a doua oară îmi spune ca acel coleg nu prea știe ce face și ca e nou. Mie cu 16 ani de hoteluri experiență mi se părea ca acela se descurca de 1000 ori mai bine decât acest tânăr ,de altfel, cred eu frustrat de un job de care vrea sa scape dar nu poate pt ca daca se dă singur afara nu primește șomaj și încearcă sa fie dat afara. L-am filmat și întrebat cum se numește pt ca nu avea un ecuson. A fost foarte obraznic și mi-a spus ca nu am de ce să-i știu numele. I-am spus ca acest video va fi folosit împotriva sa și m-a amenințat ca dacă îl voi folosi nu știu ce îmi va face. Sunt foarte dezamăgit pt ca toți ceilalți tineri au fost așa de amabili chiar și tânărul de la camere. Păcat. Îmi pare atât de rău pt ca am încercat să evit pe cât posibil dar răbdarea mea are o limită.
