Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The room and bathroom were clean. Air conditioning worked (at least until the power went out) There was plenty of hot water and the towels were in good condition. The breakfast was very good.
Negative: My experience on the first day was very good. Things fell apart on the second day when the hotel lost all electricity around 8:30am and it was not restored until almost midnight. No air conditioning, no lights, no internet. Impossible to sleep in the heat. It may not have been directly the hotel's fault, but all we were told throughout the day and evening was that the power would be back on in an hour or so.... I was more upset over the lack of information than anything else.
