Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent staff, warm greeting and allowed us to keep two trolleys worth of luggage at the counter before and after check in. Free amenities for collection at the lobby for each night of our stay. Comfortable room with comfortable beds and excellent view out to the castle. Great shower facilities. Only stayed the night, but the lobby looked extensive. Excellent free short term parking nearby, with a park and Hamamatsu Castle all within walking distance.

Negative: A little far from the JR station with our luggage made getting to and from the hotel a little challenging. The rooms were warm, mainly due to the windows but unable to engage in the air conditioner settings made initial impressions slightly negative.

Summary: Nice stay!
