Our hotel is located in a quiet street beside the Amstel River, opposite to the Frederiksplein and 8-minute walk from Waterloo Square and Rembrandt Square. All of the guest rooms are contemporarily furnished with private shower and toilet. We are conveniently located to the Van Gogh Museum, Rai Congress, Koninklijk Theater Carré and the Albert Cuijp Market. During spring and summer time the cozy garden is filled with beautiful flowers. The tram stop is just around the corner, and the metro station is within a 10-minute walk. Utrechtsestraat, located nearby, offers a wide variety of shops and restaurants.

Positive: Its location was pretty good and easy to find . It was clean

Negative: The stairs are mega steep even for an able bodied, relatively fit guy! There wasnt really much amenity and all pretty much self serve when I arrived later in the evening

Summary: Functional, clean and central with the top rooms requiring mountain goat climbing skills
