Summary: The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating - 1) I asked regarding their transport from airport to hotel with land tour, which they personally arranged, 2) easy check in - staff showed me how to use my key ring, toured and discussed the hotel amenities, 3) recommended sites to visit and and gave detailed information on attractions along Puerto Ayora. The room given to me was on the 2nd floor, balcony facing the ocean, luxurious appearing room and bathroom. Beautiful hotel.
