Positive: The restaurant and the service were excellent. At the end, the hotel owner herself gave us some sandwiches and a packed lunch. It was very kind of her. The waiters at this restaurant are brilliant! That’s exactly how it should be! Remember, you have to ask the waiter for coffee!!! There’s no extra charge, and you’ll get the best coffee.

Negative: Swimming in the pool is only permitted if you are wearing a plastic bag or a swimming cap. There is no designated area for preparing – hot waxing – ski equipment. The staff are unwilling to assist with this.

Summary: A very successful trip. 100% satisfaction.
