Positive: Stayed here for one night after I was released from hospital nearby after I hurt my ankle. Amazing staff, helped me carry my luggage and provided me with ice packs for cooling. I felt very welcome and taken care of.
Negative: Thin walls... you hear everything from the neighbour rooms and hallway.
