Positive: The hotel has a large parking area with very easy access, which was definitely a plus. The breakfast was good, with good selection, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay

Negative: A whole series of issues made our stay quite uncomfortable, even if we just spent nights there. The hotel is located only about 50 meters from a construction site, and the noise starts as early as 7 AM. The air conditioning was not working, which made the situation even worse. Keeping the balcony doors open during the day was impossible because of the huge amount of pollen in the air — it literally looked like snow and kept entering the room(not hotels fault,its nature...) At night, we also could not leave the doors open because of insects, mosquitoes...and it was too hot. I believe mosquito nets on the windows and balcony doors are absolutely necessary, especially in these conditions, and properly functioning air conditioning should definitely be provided. On our first day, the temperature reached 27°C, and since our room was on the sunny side of the building, it became extremely uncomfortable.

Summary: Poor value for the money.
