Summary: Pros: 1. The room is clean and spacious (Deluxe Room). 2. The hotel staff was accommodating as I've requested for lower level - the hotel do not have lift. Cons: The noise at night at ground level rooms. For 2 nights that we've stayed, sometime 10.30PM until 2AM, there was a family with children who were noisy talking to each other, children shouting, banging of the room door. I'm not sure if they were hotel guests or they were staff. But the noise at night disturb our sleep for 2 consecutive nights.
