Summary: We enjoyed our stay at ILO. The kids loved it too. The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there. The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. We even saw a lemur early morning at the breakfast. Our rooms were on the first floor, and it was super noisy luckily at around 11 PM with quiet down. But then early morning and throughout the night, we could hear people walk past the room and the cleaners talking so our sleep was heavily interrupted by noise and we felt quite tired the next day. The breakfast was great. There was a wide variety of savory braids, croissants, pancakes, etc. The egg station was very popular as well and they were fresh fruit cold cuts, and cheeses. Overall it was a great stay and I can see that the people that work there really care about doing a good job and giving guests a good experience.
