Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location in Kemptown. Plenty of cafes, bars and shops nearby, plus close to the seafront and centre. Communication ahead of time was good too. The communal hallways were nicely kept.

Negative: My room was pretty small and narrow, you could touch both walls with arms stretched out easily. Furnishings were a little worn and things like plug sockets could be better screwed on. However, it's fine if you just need a bed for the night.

Summary: Close to town, perfect if you just need a bed for the evening
