Islander Escape | House in Encounter Bay

Islander Escape is your piece of paradise on the south coast. Complete with a private jetty you can spend your days swimming and playing with the kayaks or reading a book from the undercover outdoor entertainment area.Perfect for families and small groups, Islander Escape overlooks CM Thorpe Reserve, a kids playground and a sandy access point to the Lake.Encounter Bay is a convenient 5 minute walk away where you can swim and play at the beach and stop by the iconic Yilki store for a coffee.The property has quality queen beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 single beds in the 4th room that is perfect for kids. The master bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe. We also have a porta cot that can be set up for infants.Our guests also get to enjoy our kayaks and life jackets. There is an undercover outdoor entertaining area so you can spend the day eating and playing on (and in!) the water. We also provide a gas BBQ for those classic barbies on a summers day.We like to provide our guests with quality linen / bedding / bath towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind. We hope this little addition makes your holiday more enjoyable.Please note Islander Escape is on a quiet residential street and we respect our neighbours. Please also note that life jackets must be worn while on the lake and children need to be supervised at all times. Our guests swim at their own risk.Also note that we have no parties, pets or smoking policy.Islander Escape is located in Encounter Lakes, a residential area.Parking in drive way and on road sideImportant note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.• No smoking• No parties or events• No pets• Check-in is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PMPLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
