Note: Fishing is permitted in the stream, but a permit must be obtained from the local fisheries department in Liskeard. Note: Children may swim and play in the stream, but must always be supervised. Note: Although the property is all-ground-floor, there is a single internal step down to the bedroom. High chair and travel cot can be provided upon request. Note: This property is not suitable for electric vehicle charging and this is not permitted, If you require this facility, you would need to seek local conveniences, if you are found charging your vehicle then you will be required to pay a £25 supplement per night.
