The way to joali being, your transfers to and from joali being will be arranged by the resort based on your international arrival and departure flight details, transfer fees, • adults: two-way shared seaplane transfer – usd 1,420 per adult per stay, • children (2–11.99 years): two-way shared seaplane transfer – usd 710 per child per stay, • infants (0–1.99 years): complimentary transfer when sharing a seat with parents/guardians, please share your flight details with the resort at least 7 days prior to arrival to secure your transfer seats, arrival, same-day seaplane transfers are available for international flights arriving in the maldives between 6:00 am and 3:30 pm (malé time). guests arriving after 3:30 pm may require an overnight stay in malé, with the seaplane transfer arranged the following day, departure, seaplane transfers can be arranged for international flights departing after 9:00 am (malé time). please book your departure flight accordingly, transfer schedules are confirmed one day prior to travel. the scenic flight between velana international airport and joali being takes approximately 40 minutes, although travel time may vary as seaplanes may make stops at other resorts en route. for a more seamless and direct journey, a private seaplane may be arranged upon request, the seaplane operator will make every effort to ensure departing guests board their seaplane within two hours of check-in at the seaplane terminal, upon arrival at velana international airport, a joali representative will welcome you with a joali signboard and escort you to our exclusive joali lounge, where you can relax, refresh, and prepare for your journey to our well-living island, baggage allowance, guests aged 2 years and above are entitled to:, • 20 kg checked baggage, • 5 kg hand luggage, excess baggage will be charged at usd 5.80 per kilogram. please note the total linear dimensions of each checked baggage item should not exceed 158 cm. hand luggage is limited to one small item (up to 3 kg), such as a handbag, small backpack, or laptop bag.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Positive: My stay at Joali Being Maldives exceeded every expectation I had. This was my fifth visit to the Maldives, and without question, my best experience so far. I was initially skeptical, as Joali is not part of a major international hotel chain like Hilton, Four Seasons, or Marriott, but they exceeded them in every way possible. A special thank you to Osama, Yousif, Rahim, Mocco at Flow, and Dr. Dhanraj Shetty for their exceptional hospitality and professionalism throughout the stay. The level of care and attention from the entire team was outstanding. The chef was also incredible and always willing to prepare almost any dish we requested, even if it was not on the menu, which made the experience feel truly personalized. What also stood out to me was how the hotel genuinely seems to care for its staff in a very unique and respectful way, and you can clearly feel that positive atmosphere throughout the entire resort. The staff genuinely did their absolute best to make our holiday exceptional in every detail. Combined with what is probably the best spa and wellness facilities in the Maldives, Joali Being created an experience that felt both luxurious and deeply relaxing. Highly recommended, and I will definitely return.
