Only 20 minutes to White Salmon The property has sweeping, unobstructed views of the Klickitat River. There are several boat launch sites within a 5 mile radius for fishing, kayaking and floating the river. There is easy access (closest is 1 mile from the property) to the 17+ miles of Klickitat River Trail for mountain biking and hiking. Private yoga/ meditation studio is in final remodel and will be ready by summer. Extra wide wrap around porch for enjoying outdoor living. Fire pit area for seasonal use. No fires allowed during summer season. There is a master bedroom on the main floor along with living room, kitchen and dining room. The second floor has another bonus room living area with built in desks. There are 4 additional rooms upstairs, 3 bedrooms and 1 office space.
