Positive: Great location within the Lucca walls at the beginning of the main walking street, but very tranquil. Rooms basic but with all you need for a city visit and very clean. Did not use the breakfast facility
Negative: Matress was not too comfy and was starting to get bit sagging.
Summary: Very nice B&B stay on a top location
