The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it to appear slightly discolored.
Fort Lauderdale, Florida's noise ordinance for short-term rentals, Chapter 17 of the Code of Ordinances, prohibits sounds that are audible from 25 feet or more away between 10 PM and 7 AM, and from 50 feet or more away between 7 AM and 10 PM.
