Positive: We love Tall Ship Condos and we love Keowee Key. This was our third visit to Keowee Key. People are very friendly and there's so much to do! The master bedroom bed was very comfortable and they had allot of extras for the kitchen and laundry.
Negative: This was our first time having to pay $25 for our gate pass. This fee was assessed after we paid our nonrefundable total payment. Sneaky. Also, the upholstered furniture was worn out. There was a broken bunk bed with parts laying on the floor in the living room that we were told about, but no effort was made to make it look presentable. The bathroom floors around the commode are not being cleaned well.Finally, we taxed our Red Awning rep, never heard back from him.
Summary: Almost a very nice condo. Love the Tall Ships.
