The "Bunk House" is a cozy 2-bedroom cabin tucked away in a safe, quiet location on the shorelines of Grand Lake of the Cherokees. We are centrally located in the town of Grove, OK where all the action is! The cabin is very close to Wolf Creek & Honey Creek Marinas, tournament locations, restaurants, Walmart, Lowes, Downtown shopping and lots of attractions.

Both of our cabins have high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi Internet and Roku TV with subscriptions to Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, Disney and Max.
The interior design of the cabin is western with lots of Cowboy and Native American decor. The cabin is fully furnished and stocked with all the amenities including dishes, cooking utensils, linens, towels, sheets and basic toiletries. You will also find a waffle maker, indoor s'more maker, crockpot and a mini Keurig along with a regular coffee maker. Ground coffee, Keurig pods, creamer and sugar are provided.
The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The cabin will sleep 5 comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has relaxed eat-in dining. There is one full bathroom and a washer/dryer.
The cabin has a wood burning fireplace for those chilly mornings or evenings. (Duraflame Logs only. One log is provided, more are available for a fee).
The view of the lake from the Bunk House is spectacular! Enjoy your early morning coffee on the covered patio while listening to early morning birds and watching the beautiful sunrise or an evening cocktail while watching a colorful sunset. The covered patio has outdoor dining and a grill.
The COVERED BOAT DOCK is the best part of the property! The shoreline and private boat dock are just a few steps from the front door. It has a large swim deck area with an "easy climb" ladder and a shaded pergola with comfortable outdoor lounging and seating. We also have a fish cleaning station with running water. The boat dock is a great area to congregate, play, relax, sun or fish. Early mornings and early evenings on the dock are our favorite! It's tranquil, peaceful, serene.... The spectacular lake views are free of charge! The remaining part of the boat dock has more shaded areas, a picnic table, a mini fridge for drinks and another for bait and excellent areas to fish for crappie, largemouth bass, white bass and catfish! The fishing areas around the dock have been planted with fish habitat to encourage fish to congregate and nest around the dock.
We have one covered BOAT SLIP (For $12.50 per night. Pay Host at arrival.) for guests to park their boat for the duration of their stay. There are outlets on the dock to charge your boat. CONTACT HOST TO CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF THE BOAT SLIP PRIOR TO BOOKING. We have 2 cabins, so the slip goes to the guest who reserves it first! Book early!
Grand Lake has Fishing Tournaments almost every weekend throughout the year. We invite Anglers to be our guests. Relax in one of our cabins at the end of a long day of fishing! Share the expenses with your fishing partner!
We have nearby boat ramps to launch your boat and plenty of parking for your auto, boat, and trailer or jet skis. Exterior electrical outlets are located at our boat/trailer parking space to charge your boat overnight and on the boat dock as well.

UPON BOOKING BE SURE TO:
1) List all the guests in your party, even if it goes over the maximum number allowed, which is $40.00 per extra person/night! Otherwise you will be charged $100 per person/night for each unregistered guest.
2) PARKING spaces are limited. 2 autos + 1 trailer are allowed. This includes daytime unregistered guest parking. Contact Host for exceptions.
