Summary: This property was sold after we had booked, so a different mangement company took over, and that was awful! I was refunded from VRBO and was to rebook thru this other company. The person I dealt with had the wrong dates down for us and it was a mess trying to get get her to understand what the concern was! So everything was being done thru email with the different company, not VRBO. She would send info and not send it correctly. Working with her made it very difficult. The Salisbury Company. The house rules were a little wimeird, only 2 rolls of bath tissue, no extra paper towels. A shower door that was a safety hazard. Limited bath towels. 6 laundry pods for a family of 10. We've stayed at other properties and not been slighted like this. The gas grill was very rusted and corroded maybe 2 burners worked not good. It was clean and did meet our needs for the week, tho.
