The unit is part of Stonecroft, which was designed to replicate an 1800s European village. It's hard to imagine a more charming setting. Plus, the unit is just steps from a 20-acre lake, with fishing, kayaking, walking paths, birdwatching etc. On the other side of the lake, the unit's owners operate a lavender farm; tenants are invited to walk the fields any time. The owner operates a home staging company, so the unit is beautifully furnished. All the furniture is brand new. The unit has just been remodeled, top-to-bottom with new flooring, countertops, paint, appliances etc. There is a huge private deck for grilling or just enjoying nature.
