The cottage is on three levels: - Ground floor: covered terrace and enclosed garden of 400m², living room (fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area with fireplace insert) and a very small bathroom (shower and toilet). - Mezzanine (steep stairs): very small sleeping area of 4m² with a ceiling height of 1.80m (double bed 140*190cm) and bathroom/toilet. Access to the terrace is also available (stairs without a handrail). Upstairs (steep stairs): very small dormitory of 5m² with a ceiling height of 1.60m (one double bed 140x190cm, one single bed 90x190cm, and one extra double bed 140x190cm). There is no heating in the bedrooms, but the air conditioning on the ground floor and landing maintains a temperature of 19°C. This gîte is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please note that the mountain road between Fos and the gîte is very narrow and winding. You can park on the road below the gîte.
