Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was quiet, in the country. My husband and I run every day - there were great country roads to run on for miles. The breakfast was very good; it included a bread pudding (far breton). The host, Virginie, was very accommodating and friendly. We had use of the kitchen which is nice because we usually bring our food instead of eating out. The room had an air conditioner/heater. We used the heater since the weather was chilly. We enjoyed our one night stay and would gladly return.
Negative: When we arrived we saw a sign saying to call a number for check-in. Our cell phone network charges us to turn on International calling, so I went into the B&B and found a guest who had a French network phone and he was nice enough to call the host to let her know we had arrived. We didn’t know that the host lived in the adjoining house or we would have just knocked on the door. Maybe it’s our fault for not turning on our International calling plan.
