Positive: The isolation, the environment, the nearby lake, the blackberry-laden hedges, the presence of local inhabitants and tourists from the region

Negative: No TV, no internet, but this problem can nowadays be conisdred a blessing when looking for peace and quiet, for change, for a respite from the everyday, for ways that children can live without the electronic props.
