Positive: The location is absolutely outstanding and the layout of the apartment is perfect.

Negative: So many little details missed and multiple maintenance issues that need to be resolved. The 'Welcome Pack' included 2 toilet rolls (this should be a basic standard item and just 2 toilet rolls for 2 weeks really!), salt and pepper were provided which were used, open jars where people have to put their hands in - so unhygienic! No milk, bread or wine which I would expect as norm when paying this amount of money.There was only one seat outside which was screwed to the floor so you couldn't move it around to be in or out of the sun as required and no side table to be able to put drinks on. There is no outside table for alfresco dining - we did ask the rep and she organised a table and 2 chairs but the quality was hardly in keeping. The fence on the balcony is broken in two places - if you have young children this could be extremely dangerous. The outside woodwork has peeling paint and is rotten in places. We were inundated with flies throughout our stay which seemed to come inside from under the doors - small flies, medium flies and extremely large flies! We got through 3 cans of fly killer and had to vacuum daily to clear them up. We had a lovely holiday but for the money things should have been better.
