Positive: First of all, the service was outstanding—friendly, quick, and always available. The location is easy to find, and the gardens are absolutely charming and feel almost magical. From the upper levels, the views are also beautiful. The rooms are good overall. I appreciated having a fridge, coffee, and water available, as well as the small private garden. The bed was quite comfortable too.

Negative: One downside was the towels. Although they were clean, they developed an unpleasant damp smell after use. Also, if you plan to reserve parking, be aware that the space is very tight—you’ll need to be a confident driver, ideally with a smaller car.
