Summary: I booked a king room with patio and ocean view and got a room with a double bed and no ocean view. The room was not clean. There were roach droppings under the pillows and soils on the pillow cases. The towels were old and discolored. We lodged a complaint with the Manager, who apologized, but stated that what we booked is not what she is seeing on her end. We decided to leave because we were not getting what we paid for and was promised that we would get a refund and 25% off on our next booking with the property. I am still waiting to be refunded!!
